How-Dee! Hailing from Texas, most specifically the “Wool and Mohair Capital of the World,” Dee Willman is no stranger to rolling up her sleeves, wearing many hats, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. However, globally-renowned beginnings didn’t stop her from staking her claim in various parts and elevations of the country before hanging her hat in Boston. A Video and Broadcast Producer, Dee views her day-to-day at the office as “creating roadmaps to bring creative ideas to fruition,” expertly multitasking her way through projects from concept to completion. No small feat, but Dee’s forays into leading empathetically, being mindful of the moment, & funneling work through an equity lens have given her the disciplined, creative foundation she needs to be a positive, solution-based Producer. Dee used to dream of being the President of the United States, but now she knows that reaching a wide audience through film & visual media has the potential to make an even bigger impact. If she ever decides to put her hat in the ring, she’s got our vote.
