Junior Project Manager

Would you thrive managing workflow in a fast-paced creative environment?  Want to help move all our creative projects forward, and help lead internal teams? CTP is looking for a rockstar Junior Project Manager who will support us in managing the agency’s project workflow and resourcing, team collaboration, internal deadlines and also act as print producer for our clients – with some aspects of this role being client facing. To succeed you’ll need to be organized and detail oriented, positive and diplomatic, resourceful, and be a troubleshooting master who can problem-solve quickly. 

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Partner with our lead Project Manager to manage all agency workflow, moving projects forward daily, utilizing appropriate agency resources across teams needed to complete work for our clients
  • Assist in agency resourcing by helping assign projects to creative teams, partnering with Digital and Broadcast Production for resourcing needs and schedule development
  • Review daily priorities with Creative and Brand Management departments, tracking the status of all active assignments and reporting progress to team leads
  • Work with our lead Project Manager to forecast any concerns or hurdles on project assignments proactively, communicating with internal teams to align
  • Partner in leading weekly agency status meetings and internal budget/resourcing meetings
  • Maintain a high level of organization for all projects on your assigned accounts, with some aspects of the role potentially evolving to having client facing communication
  • Confirm accuracy of deliverables by reviewing all specs and deadlines for assets prior to media delivery; work with Brand Management to traffic final assets to our media team and outside media partners successfully
  • Assist in bidding print projects and coordinate photo shoots as needed in partnership with the Creative team
  • Assist Finance team with production billing by ensuring all POs are accurate and approved
  • Proof all assignments meticulously before sharing with team leads

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of previous project management experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • Solid skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office required
  • Photoshop, Adobe Suite and WordPress proficiency strongly preferred
  • BA/BS degree
