Account Supervisor
Do you thrive creating relationships with clients and internal teams? Do you pride yourself in making things happen? CTP is looking for a rockstar Account Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and supporting several key accounts at the agency. To succeed you’ll need to be strategic, a communication master, energetic, organized and diplomatic.
Essential responsibilities and skills needed include:
- Lead projects successfully from start to finish with some autonomy, managing all client deliverables from strategy conception to media delivery
- Be a team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments, manage internal teams and partner relationships on accounts (media, PR, etc.), where applicable
- Lead large and small scale productions from planning through execution, partnering with external and/or agency resources as needed (including but not limited to TV broadcast productions, radio records, video & still photography shoots)
- Become a trusted strategic partner to multiple clients and contribute to their marketing and wider business discussions
- Proactively nurture Client relationships, earning and keeping each client’s confidence as a trusted advisor
- Demonstrate an ability to articulate your point of view on strategic, creative or media initiatives both internally and externally
- Understand the “why” behind Creative work and client requests
- Effectively plan and organize the work of you and your team – handling multiple projects efficiently, effectively and productively
- Ensure projects are delivered as promised in terms of time, budgets and results
- Ability to foresee issues and make recommendations on how to proactively avoid them; communicate with internal teammates to resolve issues effectively
- Exude a strong problem solving ability, while also being flexible and adaptable
- Demonstrate a clear, comfortable, persuasive communication style – both written and verbal, presenting with ease to clients and internal teams
- Grow revenue and establish new opportunities
- Draft scopes of work and fee estimates for both retained clients and project work as needed; Track and maintain client budgets monthly
- Develop and mentor junior account team members, providing guidance, direction and training as needed
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of previous agency experience spanning traditional and digital channels
- Applications with less than 5 years of experience will not be considered
- Must have the ability to work in our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday/Wednesday)
- Solid skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office
- BA/BS degree
