Fred Conover - PresidentIf you’re looking for a fine example of integration, look no further than Fred. After all, he’s the guy who somehow had the vision to bring this ragtag group of talented miscreants together. His management skills come honestly. He worked his way up the ranks of the Boston ad community as an account executive, and he discovered early on an affinity for knowing the difference between what his clients were asking for and what they really needed. Fred never shied away from suggesting it either, even when it wasn’t in his best interest or even his agency’s. But it was from that place of honesty that respect was forged and a trust was born. And based upon that trust, he was able to open his own shop in 1996 with clients that, impressively, to this day are still on our roster. Fred still has a steady hand in the day-to-day operations of most of our clients’ accounts. And will with yours as well. Fred is happily married to his wife, Kathy, and is completely infatuated with his granddaughter Sofia and niece Elizabeth. He also has a dog, named Hoosier, after Bobby Knight, his role model. Like we said, Fred runs a tight ship.
Oddity: Makes grilled cheese with aluminum foil and an iron. |

Chip Tuttle - PartnerChip’s got a rare gift for making you feel good about yourself, your business, even your new haircut. And more importantly, making others feel good about your brand. That attitude is felt in everything Chip does, which at CTP, is a little bit of everything. He’s a brand strategist and public relations guru for some of our top accounts, and our own personal Tony Robbins, sans the huge teeth. Chip started his career as a newspaper reporter and bartender, and to this day he still knows when to listen, when to offer some sage advice, and how to find just the right mix. It’s a magic he works with individuals, businesses, and many a brand. Including yours. Chip has fallen in love twice in his life. Once with his wife, Leslie, and once with the Boston Red Sox rookie centerfielder, Fred Lynn. He and Leslie are still an item and have three gorgeous kids, Libby, Annie and Will.
Oddity: Will spontaneously belt out any tune, at any time. |

Grant Pace - Executive Creative DirectorGrant’s big break in advertising came in a very big way. The Super Bowl, where a series of his spots for Anheuser Busch ran in a promotion called the Bud Bowl. It’s one of the most successful promotions in the history of advertising, so you may have heard of it. Since then, Grant’s creative reputation and ideas have only gotten bigger. His refreshing work for Miller Genuine Draft helped make that Cold-Filtered brew even cooler. He single-handedly put Audi back on the road in the US. He and Michael Jordan put plenty of Hanes underwear on all of our behinds. And his hilarious work for a pager company, SmartBeep, can still be seen on TV’s Most Outrageous Moments. Grant knows how to craft work that gets attention, gets talked about, gets a call and gets down to business. In short, he just plain gets it. And his next big break just might be for you. Grant has two cats, Harold and Maude, and two dogs, Roscoe and Bunker, who have all their shots. He also has a sweet beach house in North Carolina where family, friends and various wayward yogis come to unwind.
