We thought it was our water. But Jenny says that what brought her back to CTP for a third stint was the people. So it only makes sense that her job should be to find new CTPers. As the Director of Talent Development, she’s combing New England for the best and the brightest. And with 18 years of experience in the ad world, she can easily spot talent when she sees it. Which is not only great for us, but our clients as well.

Ashley Meehean - Office Manager

Ashley comes to us by way of Burlington, VT where she developed a fondness for granola, Birkenstocks, and Ben & Jerry’s. But for someone so crunchy, Ashley’s all business when it comes to keeping all of us in line. With a communications degree from UVM, Ashley makes running a crazy ad agency a breeze and our clients are always feeling groovy.

Oddity: Loses her cell phone every chance she gets.

Lee Allen

Lee Allen - Office Administrator

Lee is our bookkeeper. She was hired to keep the wheels of commerce churning and make sure we’re always turning a profit as well. Funny thing is, her spare time is spent working with non-profits. How’s that for integration? She’s been with us since 1996, and we’ve yet to bounce a check to the electric company. So, we love her.
