Katelyn Peckham - Media Planner

Like every prize-winning angler, Katelyn knows that to catch the big fish, you have to know where to cast your line. Which is why when she’s not hauling in freshwater monsters, she’s helping our clients reel in the right audience for their advertising message. As an assistant media planner at a small design firm, she quickly made a name for herself and was promoted as the sole media planner/buyer for the agency’s top national client. Now she’s busy helping our clients strategically place their messages to get the most results. And for our clients, it’s like shooting fish in a barrel.

Tara Roman - Senior Project Manager

Some people are scared of spiders. Tara? She’s terrified of lakes. We’re not exactly sure what she hates about standing bodies of water, but we do find it kind of funny, considering her management skills are what keep this place afloat. Having spent most of her time on the west coast working on such notable clients as Jamba Juice, Whole Foods, and Oakley, she’s now helping us navigate the numerous jobs that come our way. All while making quite a splash with our clients.

Grant Pace

Grant Pace

Grant Pace - Executive Creative Director

Grant’s big break in advertising came in a very big way. The Super Bowl, where a series of his spots for Anheuser Busch ran in a promotion called the Bud Bowl. It’s one of the most successful promotions in the history of advertising, so you may have heard of it. Since then, Grant’s creative reputation and ideas have only gotten bigger. His refreshing work for Miller Genuine Draft helped make that Cold-Filtered brew even cooler. He single-handedly put Audi back on the road in the US. He and Michael Jordan put plenty of Hanes underwear on all of our behinds. And his hilarious work for a pager company, SmartBeep, can still be seen on TV’s Most Outrageous Moments. Grant knows how to craft work that gets attention, gets talked about, gets a call and gets down to business. In short, he just plain gets it. And his next big break just might be for you. Grant has two cats, Harold and Maude, and two dogs, Roscoe and Bunker, who have all their shots. He also has a sweet beach house in North Carolina where family, friends and various wayward yogis come to unwind.

Sadie Barlow - Media Supervisor

When your first job is making valves for power plants, you get a pretty good idea of how to control how something flows. Which makes Sadie such a valuable member of the media team. She knows exactly where and how much to target our clients message in order to make the greatest impact. A graduate of Skidmore College, she got her start in the agency world at Blitz Media, where she worked on high profile clients such as Comcast, Wendy’s, and Vacation Outlet. Now she’s powering our clients to bigger and better things. All without a nuclear reactor.
