Digital Strategist

CTP is looking for an expert in digital marketing with success in developing, implementing and analyzing targeted campaigns. Candidate would be a creative, big strategic thinker who has a rich understanding of online media, SEM, social media, email, mobile and website marketing trends as well as thorough knowledge of consumer trends. Successful candidate would collaborate with various agency departments to develop and implement integrated strategic plans as well as make recommendations to current media mix to maximize effectiveness/awareness and improve ROI. They would have an understanding of advertising with a minimum of 10 years experience in an advertising and/or interactive agency/company

Responsibilities and skills would include but not limited to:

• Lead strategist of cutting edge digital marketing solutions
• Provide guidance to agency departments on digital marketing best practices
• Provide competitive analysis and insights on client's business
• Analyze and adjust digital marketing plans to meet client's goals and objectives and improve ROI
• Advise and assist new business team in developing and presenting digital recommendations
• Offer informed POV on how interactive services can be effectively packaged, productized and priced for existing and prospective clients
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent and persuasive presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects/clients within ever changing landscape
• Team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments
